Thomas bought the agency from the Taylor family and kept everything that made it work: the office, the phone number, the staff and the way business gets done here. He brings twenty-two years in insurance and financial management, licenses in Virginia and North Carolina, and a wider set of carriers to quote against. The name on the door has not changed and neither has who answers when you walk in.
